Agile UX

Isn’t there enough time to do everything that needs to be done when time between releases gets shorter and shorter? Are there expectations from others in the team that everything that is your responsibility should be done before they can start working? Can you feel that there really should be smarter ways to work?

Don’t fret, there are actually smarter ways to work!

In the Agile UX course you will learn how the team (consisting of both discoverers and deliverers) can build things together in the smoothest possible way, this through collaborating in effective and efficient work processes and getting rid of time wasters such as heavy documents and deliverables that no one actually needs.

This course is for everyone who works with other people. The examples are mainly from Agile and UX, but the methods, principles and models are generic. No prerequisites needed.
